Boise residents love to bike and scooter around town, sharing roads with motorists. The Idaho Bicycle Commuter Guide, courtesy of the Idaho Transportation Department, will provide a greater understanding of bicycle traffic laws. Call, or visit the ITD website, for additional information. Their contact details are listed below.
We encourage all motorists and bicyclists to read through and know the rules of the road for bicyclists. Doing so will help all four-wheel and two-wheel travelers to stay safe on city streets and roadways.
Please remember to always walk, bike, scooter, ride, skate, drive safely!

~ The American Red Cross Needs Our Help ~
Now is a great time to think of others in the Treasure Valley who are less fortunate, or in need. Among the many ways to help is donating to the American Red Cross. To all our friends in Boise, and surrounding areas throughout the Northwest region, and nationwide, we encourage all of you to donate to your local American Red Cross. Guys and gals alike, it is time to show how tough extreme sports athletes are, and lead the pack by example. The American Red Cross is in need of Platelet donations, with special emphasis on Male Platelets, at present. As well, general blood donations are always needed. In these tumultuous times we can never be too prepared. Lead the way for others, and do your part by calling The Red Cross today.
For Whole Blood or Apheresis (platelets) donations contact the American Red Cross Toll Free at 1-800-RED-CROSS (800-733 2767) or locally at the Boise Donor Center 208-342-4500. What a great way to show your support, help the community, and feel great about both. Click or call to find out more, including updated schedule days and times.
